The Grip is a whole lot of performance and technology, for not a lot of cash. The F64 coverstock comes with a 2,000 grit Abralon box finish to provide plenty of traction on the lane. This shell is easily fine tunable and can be adjusted to 4,000 Abralon or polished to handle lighter volumes of oil. The asymmetric Double Cross core was specifically chosen for it's low RG and ability to provide a smooth predictable ball motion.

Grip - all the traction you want, with all the control you need!

I own a 900 Global Bounty, it's my Oil ball but I had not found that compliment ball to the Bounty till now, AMF Grip, this ball has the same exact Rg & Diff. #'s but with 13 points less in cover strength, my Grip came with a 2.5 Pin and Cg slightly right, the balls total weight was 14.3, so I opted for a Medium oil drilling of Pin 4.5 from my 3.5 Axis point and Mb in the strong position, my second game OOB was a 277, this ball loves Deep inside lines and corners better than balls at the premium price point. The desciption of this ball states that you can sand it to 4000 grit for lighter oil and I have done so and this ball gets 5 feet or so down the lane further and still corners.
